Zeer blij geweest afgelopen weken met de zorg van Popal, nadat ik gevallen was en mijn arm uit de kom en scheurtjes in het bot had.
Nargis is een hele lieve vrouw, die je snel het vertrouwen geeft , ze is rustig, attent en heel zorgzaam .
Mede door haar hulp, kan ik mij nu, na 5,5 week weer zelfstandig wassen en aankleden. Super bedankt !! Ik had mij geen betere thuiszorg kunnen wensen.....

In a world full of noise, haste, and distractions, there’s a simple act that calms the heart and nourishes the soul: Tasbeeh the glorification of Allah.
It’s not just words on the tongue.
It’s a reminder. A return.

“Ya Allah, You are Perfect. You are the Greatest. You are enough for me.”
📿 What is Tasbeeh?
Tasbeeh is the practice of praising Allah with words like:
SubhaanAllah (Glory be to Allah)
Alhamdulillah (All praise is for Allah)
Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)
These words may seem small, but their weight is immense in the sight of Allah.

One of the most emotionally profound lessons we learn in life is that we won’t like everyone and not everyone will like us. And that’s okay.
At first, this can be a difficult truth to accept. Many of us grow up with the idea that we should be liked by everyone that being agreeable, kind, or successful will somehow make us universally loved. But the reality is that human connection is complex. Our personalities, values, experiences, and boundaries won’t always align with others’, and that misalignment is natural.
There will be people we just don’t “click” with, no matter how hard we try. Similarly, there will be people who, for reasons we may never fully understand, don’t resonate with who we are. This doesn’t mean we’re flawed or unworthy it simply means we’re human.
Letting go of the need for universal approval is incredibly freeing. It gives us the space to be more authentic, to stop performing, and to invest our energy in the relationships that actually nurture us. It also opens the door to self-respect learning that we can disagree, set boundaries, or walk away from someone without guilt or shame.
The beauty of this lesson is that it invites peace. It teaches us to accept differences, embrace our individuality, and release the pressure of being liked by everyone. Because the truth is: we don’t need everyone to like us we just need to be true to ourselves and kind to those who matter.
